Movement Healing Arts focus is to listen and perceive the bodys rhythm and movement. Then to navigate; exploring through the use of preceptive touch to source pain patterns and ease the often time overworked nervous system. I have been a practitioner since 2003. I deeply love this amazing practice, and continuously study various forms of body work, and movement therapy. I received my yoga teacher training certification in 2008. A yoga discipline has allowed me better language, instruction, intention, and symmetry. I am constantly looking at alignment and balance or lack there of and ways to achieve it by bringing this knowledge to the table. My work can be gentle and flowing to deep and vigorous depending on the individual.
